THE TERRARIUM IN TOKYO AT 11th AND U
What a difference a little color and a story makes! We were approached by the Lee family, a well known family in Washington, D.C. famous in the flower and card business. After a wonderful meeting and nine months later we transformed this 71 year old historic flower shop into what we call "The Terrarium in Tokyo". We were inspired by Japanese flower shops and colorful terrariums. Lee's Flowers sits on one of the best corners on historic "U Street" so we had to take advantage of the natural sun light and exposure by incorporating a sea of windows that bathes the space with natural sun light.
TIMELESS ELEGANCE AT NEW CASTLE
In the spring of 2017 the Kier Company team redesigned a dark open space desperately in need of sun light, color, and a little whimsy. We transformed the space into a feminine retreat fit for a queen. Introducing New Castle.
The Warrick Residence
No. 4812 THE WARRICK RESIDENCE
The Kier Company was hired to breathe life into Northwest D.C. row home that was awaiting a chance to tell its story. With a little color, texture, a few fabulous pieces, and a Brazilian cow hide rug we transformed an empty space into a show house fit for the lady who lunches. In 72 hours magical hours we turned this clients lifestyle into luxury!
