Paulita M. Brown is our Chief Operating Officer and Executive Producer. She is an experienced legal and business operations professional with over 10 years experience in managing all aspects of a $15M business with P&L responsibility. A savvy negotiator with proven ability in analyzing market trends, forecasting ROI based on available resources and allocation, determining solution sustainability as it relates to responsiveness to client goals and financial sensitivities. Developed targeted strategic plans for prospecting new business and growing existing tenured accounts, with client specific marketing campaigns; and utilization of kaizen methodology of continuous process improvement to enhance operating efficiencies that generate revenue and increase profitability. Strenuous labor management capability focused on cost reduction and increased productivity of employees spanning over multiple business locations. Additionally, encourage high performing cross-functional teams to outperform performance goals through charismatic leadership and the utilization of Lewin’s Change Management Model. Committed to creating and promoting a work environment that brings together diverse departments to develop cohesive programs that perpetuate high associate camaraderie and productivity, while minimizing associate turnover due to lack of growth opportunities, transparency and inclusion. 

She has working knowledge of FDCPA regulations, bankruptcy laws, antitrust regulations and dispute resolution, as it relates to public relations, corporate compliance and personnel developmental management (i.e. FMLA, Sarbanes-Oxley and New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act). Global business exposure in providing strategic business development analysis and recommendations for international companies in Africa and Turkey. Possess legal repository certifications and an e-Discovery consultant. 

Brown has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Virginia and an Executive Master’s of Business Administration from George Washington University.
